Ford 11" clutch kit:
- Three-pad (aka "button clutch" or "triangle"), 11", 10-spline disc
- Independent PTO pressure plate: 29-spline, four finger design that will also replace three finger type with six (6) bolt mounting design. Note, for 4000 series with 8 bolts use C5NN7563U for correct mounting bolt pattern. This unit replaces 6 bolt Plate.
