Returns

If we send you the wrong item, or if your item turns out to be defective or damaged during shipping, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. We'll resolve the situation as quickly as we can, either sending you a replacement item or issuing a full refund. We'll cover any return shipping costs as well.

If you want to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered by mistake, no longer need the item, or ordered the wrong size, we will accept the return under these conditions:
1. The merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the product.
2. It must be new/sealed, unused, uninstalled, 100% complete, and in clean, re-saleable condition. Fabric returns must be unwashed and uncut. The manufacturer's box is considered an extension of the part itself; therefore, its integrity must be preserved. To protect the box, you may wrap it in plain wrapping paper. Do not use Duct tape, USPS tape, or permnament marker on the manufacturer's packaging box. Such use will result in the return being denied.
3. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide return labels. Please send to the address shown below. Do not send returns to our office in Lapeer, MI. 
4. Refund amounts are subject to a restocking fee, which will equal our actual cost of shipping the item to you (which is often higher than the rate we charge our customers). The restocking fee will not exceed 25% of the item's value.

Please note: electrical (coils, distributor and magneto parts, etc.) and starter parts are not returnable. Special Order items (bearings and piston sets in size .020, .030, .040, .060) are returnable only on an individual basis depending on the item. If you need to return a special order item, please reach out to our customer service team.
