If we send you the wrong item, or if your item turns out to be defective or damaged during shipping, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. We'll resolve the situation as quickly as we can, either sending you a replacement item or issuing a full refund. We'll cover any return shipping costs as well.
If you want to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered by mistake, no longer need the item, or ordered the wrong size, we will accept the return under these conditions:
- The merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- It must be new/sealed, unused, and in clean, resaleable condition. Fabric returns must be unwashed and uncut.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refund amounts are subject to a restocking fee, which will equal our actual cost of shipping the item to you (which is often higher than the flat rate we charge our customers). The restocking fee will not exceed 25% of the item's value.
